Old refurbished barn and shed, semi detached with the owner's residence. Cottage on 2 levels. Ground floor: kitchen giving way into spacious living room, bathroom/toilets, laundry. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (1double bed+1cot), 1 large bedroom. (1double bed+1single bed). Surrounding area not enclosed. Electric heating €40/70. Shops/services Besse 15km.
