Upstairs: lounge area with smart TV and reading corner. Bedroom 1: 140x190 cm bed with en-suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 2: 140x190 cm bed + 100x200 cm bed, en-suite shower room and WC. Bedroom 3: two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together. Bedroom 4: 140x190 cm bed. An additional bathroom and a separate WC. Underfloor heating (included in the rates).

Outside, there is a private heated and covered swimming pool (10 x 3.8 x (1.1 to 1.4) m) open from April to September, a terrace, a large enclosed garden, and private parking. This is a non-smoking property. The pool is open from April 4th to September 30th. Its address is no coincidence: the cottage is number 258, as it is located just 258 meters from the Loire River, an ideal location for fully enjoying the Loire Valley. After a day of sightseeing or a bike ride along the river, you will appreciate the private heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and sharing convivial moments.
