Duplex house near the campsite and very close to the dunes and the beach.
In the basement of the house you will find a living room with couch and TV, an open kitchen with dining table, oven, dishwasher and fridge and a small bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet.
In addition, the holiday home has a terrace with small green space and a parking space.
The house is located in Heuweg in the immediate vicinity of the dunes. Nearby is the Ostseecamp Graal-Müritz. It is only a few meters to the beach and the Baltic Sea or to the Rhododendronpark. Shops are located on the Ostseecamp Graal-Müritz (seasonal) or in the town Graal-Müritz. On the green area there is a barbecue, a terrace with garden furniture and a car parking space. The Ostseeheilbad Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Fischland-Darss-Zingst. The village is 5 km long on the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area "Rostock Heath". There are about 4000 inhabitants in Graal-Müritz. The place offers you various shopping possibilities. Attractions include, a. the 350 m long pier, the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or the Ribnitzer Hochmoor.
