About this property

Idyllic vacation home right by the sea<br>

Our house is located in the heart of the UNESCO world cultural heritage "Höga Kusten" directly by the sea. We offer you peace in a breathtaking landscape with many activities, Such as hiking in the Skuleskogen National Park or climbing the Skuleberget, cycling or fishing directly at the house.
In winter, you can use the ski facilities nearby or go shopping in the nearest major town Örnsköldsvik all year round. Visit also the fun pool and the many sights that our beautiful area offers you.
We are at your disposal with advice and assistance. We live next door in the main house and also speak German.

If you wish to arrive with one or more dogs, we will provide you with a heated kennel facility (for a fee).

Our 80sqm guest house has 3 bedrooms each with a large double bed, a living room with fireplace and sea view, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. The whole house has underfloor heating.
From the terrace at the house you have to drink at coffee a magnificent view of our forest property with the mountains and the sea. You can also use the veranda of our boat house for romantic hours or for fishing.

Relax and enjoy the peace in our small town. The next neighbor lives about 200m away.
Shopping possibilities for daily needs are available in Docksta, 5 km away. The street is easy to drive all year round and you can park your car free of charge.

Urlaub an der Höga Kusten.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit an diesem Ort. Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit super schöner Aussicht auf Wasser und Berge. Guter Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Unternehmen im Bereich Höga Kusten. Sehr hilfsbereiter entgegenkommender Gastgeber.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir durften diese tolle und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung eine Woche lang geniessen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders gefreut hat uns der erfolgreiche Tip zum Angelsee gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend unterwegs sind.

Un cadre magique, une vue splendide!

Maison aménagée avec soin et extrêmement bien équipée. Un cadre naturel enchanteur, accès à la mer et aux chemins de randonnées. Ski nordique à quelques kilomètres. Le village de Värns est isolé mais c'est tout le charme que nous cherchions. Jürgen est aux petits soins avec ces résidents et communication parfaite, je recommande ce gîte.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Super nette Gastgeber, sehr hübsche und tolle Landschaft und Ruhe und Entspannung pur. Wir kommen wieder!!! Danke für die angenehmen Tage. Wunderbare Unterkunft

Super Gastgeber und super Haus! Wir waren zwar in der Nebensaison zu Gast in der Unterkunft, aber auch da hat sie uns voll überzeugt! Die Umgebung ist natürlich etwas weniger Touristisch, wenn keine Hochsaison ist, aber Langweile kommt nicht auf mit dem wunderschönen Nationalpark um einen herum! Gerne wieder :)

Perfekt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mit einer herzlichen Einweisung. Das tob saubere Haus ist liebevoll und perfekt eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Es liegt an einer Traumlage mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten.

einfach idyllisch

Wir haben vier fantastische Tage in einer wunderschönen Umgebung verbracht und dabei viel Gastfreundschaft erfahren. Keine Beschreibung kann das wirklich idyllische Lage wiedergeben und das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns dort wirklich heimisch gefüllt. Das einzig schlimme war - Abschied zu nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt an einem Hang und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf eine Ostseebucht mit Inseln und die Region "Hoga Kusten". Das Bootshaus des Vermieters befindet sich in der Nähe ( 3 Minute zu Fuß), wo über eine Leiter Bademöglichkeit besteht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sein Wohnhaus liegt gegeüber dem Ferienhaus. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in einer unbedingt sehenswerten Landschaft.

Sehr schönes und toll gelegenes Ferienhaus...ideal zum erholen und entspannen. Direkter Blick auf das Meer und die Berge....traumhaft. Die Höga Kusten lädt zum wandern ein.

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer

Das Ferienhaus bietet sehr viel Platz, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Man kann vom Haus aus den direkten Ausblick auf das Meer genießen. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und eine Tankstelle gibt es in Docksta (5km). Das Ferienhaus liegt nahe am Skuleskogen Nationnalpark. Dort kann man toll wandern mit herrlichem Blick über Meer und Inseln. Im Juni waren wenige Wanderer unterwegs, so konnten wir die Ruhe und die Natur gut genießen. Dieses Ferienhaus können wir als sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
