Separately, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and bunk beds (90 cm) with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Amenities include an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, and radio.

Partially enclosed garden (the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is no gate) with a wooden deck, summer kitchen with sink and griddle, outdoor solar shower, garden tables, parasol, 1 sun lounger, and 2 deck chairs. Parking on the property. One pet allowed. Cleaning service available for €150.
