Beautiful Carriage Home, Golf/Tennis, Copperleaf at the Brooks

Beautiful, contemporary, smoke free, 2000 square foot, second floor end unit with lots of windows and a two car attached garage, located conveniently on a quite cul de sac in Copperleaf at the Brooks.
The private screened in lanai overlooking the 3rd fairway, has southwest exposure for some beautiful Florida sunsets & features a large round table, with seating for six. It is accessible from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, two bedside tables and a 46" Sony Bravia flat screen TV with full HD and a blue ray DVD player.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a triple dresser with a chest of drawers, bedside tables and a HD flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bathroom is ensuite to this bedroom.

The third bedroom/den features a brand new 'hidden bed' with a queen size mattress. (check out their website at www.hiddenbed.com). which folds out to become a queen size bed and also has a TV with DVD player complete with a desk and computer with printer, fax and scanner.

The eat-in kitchen features brand new White high gloss contemporary cabinetry with dark maple accent cabinets and a quartz countertop. The kitchen also boasts a 'state of the art' Viking convection oven complete with an induction cooktop & includes a full set of Viking 'induction friendly' pots and pans, an avid cook's dream. The cabinetry on the 'cooking'' side of the kitchen features electric fold up doors which open at the touch of the handle, and close with a mere touch of a button on the inside of the cabinets. The kitchen also features a Wolf steam oven, a panasonic microwave and a two drawer Fisher & Paykel dishwasher. There is a double drawer wine fridge with granite serving top and a dedicated bar cabinet above.
The family room has a very comfortable 'L' shaped couch with a fold out queen size mattress, and a large HD flat sceen TV with DVD, VCR and CD players.

The dining room comfortably sits six and the living room has wall to wall west facing windows overlooking the golf course.

A $500 USD membership transfer fee allows guests to play golf and dine at the Copperleaf Country Club. The meticulously manicured, par 72, 18 hole golf course has 6 tee boxes to accommodate all levels of golfers.

We are avid golfers and we enjoy dining in the fabulous restaurants in the Bonita Springs/Naples area.

Why they chose this property

We chose Copperleaf at the Brooks because of the beautiful golf course, lovely clubhouse, and the proximity to Naples, the beach, and Coconut Point Shopping center. The pristine condition, style and quality of furnishings of the unit itself was irresistible.

What makes this property unique

The immaculately groomed, 18 hole, par 72, golf course has 6 sets of tee blocks on each hole making the course play from 4200 to 7200 yards, allowing us to play at our level. Some of the unique benefits at Copperleaf is the low density of the community allowing easy availability to the golf course and the fine dining in the club house restaurant.
