Remodel. Over 2430 sq.ft with 5.5 baths /5 BR (4 masters), featuring four bedrooms on the main floor plus game room with 2 Bunk beds. The house is much bigger than it looks in the front photo. Almost everything on one level.

Fun stuff, Hi-Speed WiFi, CD Jukebox full of oldies, pinball, arcade games, and TV with 400 movies. Living room 28' x 16' with corner gas heating fireplace, wall mounted 70" flat screen TV, skylights, bay window, and French doors. Big hot tub on private deck. Well equipped kitchen, remodeled , maple cabinets, granite counters, all base cabinets with pull out shelves, stainless appliances, gas range, island hood. Huge lot with lots of common ground beyond. Big deck and paver patio. Outside Smoking Only. NO-Pet Home. (Extra fees can be charged if a pet is brought, up to $200/night) NEW AC/heater wall unit in GAME ROOM with 2 bunk beds and trundles.

Ten Bikes.

Two minute walk to grocery store and Country Mall with video and game rentals, ice cream shop, coffee shop, 13 restaurants within a five minute walk (Subway to Dinner houses). Quiet area close to swimming pool,(SHARC passes included year around) tennis courts, bike trails, and Sunriver Lodge.

Wonderful stay, nice house!

House was just as advertised with the added bonus of having a larger dining space which wasn’t in the photos. Beds were comfy, it was very well stocked, bikes a-plenty and we appreciated all the notes around the house from the owner clarifying things. Would definitely stay again!

Great vacation rental

We had our first family vacation stay and it was just what we needed. It had enough room for all of us and it was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of bikes for us to ride and dishes as well. There was also games for the kids to play. The location was perfect because it was close to the village which we could walk to daily. All in all a wonderful stay.

A Great Experience Once Again

This is the third time in the last few years that we have stayed in Backwoods 11 and it seems like every time we come there has been an upgrade in the home. The problem is that we are always sad to leave, but we are looking forward to the next time in a couple of years.

Backwoods 11

The house was not clean, dead flies on window sills and bedrooms, spider webs in 2 bathrooms, food under couch, broken bench on outside picnic table, hot tub dirty/cloudy and NO TV's in the "master bedrooms".

Loved the four bedrooms with bathrooms which worked great for the four couples. This would be a great property for families with kids too. Some of it was a bit worn or broken, but the kitchen had what we needed and worked great for making meals. Long table was great for card games. Having the bikes made it great for us all to get around.
