Norderneys Zentrum mit dem Badehaus erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und die belebte Fußgängerzone mit ihrem attraktiven Einkaufsangebot finden Sie direkt neben der Ferienwohnungsanlage von Michels. Einige Wohnungen verfügen über große Balkone mit Sonnenliegen und Grillausstattung. Als Gäste der Villa Nordsee können Sie das Meerwasserschwimmbad sowie die Sauna und Fitnesslandschaft in der Nordsee-Oase im Thalasso Hotel Nordseehaus kostenlos nutzen.

Super Wohnung!!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Innenstadt und Surfcafe. Für uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern top. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist super geschnitten. Der Mailkontakt und Check In waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Groß, aber karg

Eine große Wohnung mit allem notwendigen, aber mehr auch nicht. Das Licht ist im Winter sehr dunkel in der Wohnung und ein Teppich, wie auf dem Foto abgebildet gibt es leider nicht. Da überall Fliesen verlegt wurden, erinnert die Akustik eher an eine Markthalle. Das Interieur ist hochwertig aber mit kleinen 'Schönheits' Macken. Schade ist, daß man auf den Balkon nur gelangen kann, wenn man über einen Heizkörper auf die Fensterbank geht, und dann auf den Balkon. Das scheint wohl nachträglichen Änderungen am Grundriss der Wohnung zu verdanken zu sein. So ist der Balkon definitv nicht barrierefrei ...
