This bright and well-maintained apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a modern building (2003) with an elevator, offers a pleasant stay right next to the beach. With a surface area of 29.6 m², it comprises a welcoming living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. The northeast-facing balcony allows you to enjoy the sea air.

The living area is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: a fitted kitchen with a refrigerator-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, toaster, and dishes. The living area has a television. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
