This place was exactually as we expected and more. Clean, nice linens, comfortable beds and kitchen essentials. Pam was great, checked in on us and helped with decisions on plans for a travel day! The outside deck was a plus since we were there in Oct and the weather was beautiful. Nice plus, they provided toiletries! Thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay. It was spacious, enough room for all of us over several days and the amenities that were provided made the stay easy. The location is close to Denver as well as Golden, etc.

FANTASTIC

We travel a lot to Colorado to visit our daughter, and this home by far was the absolute best. This will be our home away from home. The host was so awesome!!

Very nice home, very clean, full kitchen, plenty of towela and amenities and not a lot of rules. (Basic things, - no parties, no smoking)They left water bottles in the fridge and we had access to use the garage. Very comfortable stay for 5 adults! Photos in the listing were exactly what we saw when arriving!

Clean property that met all of our needs

Great stay and great location. Property had plenty of space for all of us to stretch out. Bottles of water and coffee pods were a nice touch. Will stay again.

Clean, well organized home!

One of my parents had a medical procedure at a local hospital and we needed a place with extra room while recovering. Easy access to restaurants, new appliance and everything worked in the home!

Perfect location and wonderful host.

We arrived later than expected due to flight delays. We did not have the opportunity to go to the store that night so you could imagine how grateful we were when we saw the coffee and water that was provided. The home was clean and everything was in good working order. We were attending our son's graduation from Colorado School of Mines in Golden and found the rental location to be convenient. Pam was amazing. Thank you!

Perfect!

Location was perfect, close to Red Rocks for concert. Place was very clean and host was very nice. Beds were comfortable and place has 3 bathrooms. I highly recommend and will stay here again when visiting Colorado.

This house is wonderful! Beautiful kitchen and laundry, 3 full baths with nice towels, huge garage and driveway. Included coffee and water. Pam checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house w/ amenities

This house was more than perfect for our stay. We were mainly visiting Colorado to hike and be outdoors and the host graciously shared hikes with a lot of detail included so we knew what to expect. The place was super clean and full of amenities including, a full spice rack, waters in the fridge, and k-cups for coffee in the morning. We couldn’t recommend this house enough!

Pammie was wonderful and very thoughtful!! All the little small things you appreciate at home are thought of in your stay. We had two adults, two 17 y/o and a 9 y/o and the space was perfect for us. My only regret is that we didn’t book for a longer stay!! Thank you Pammie for everything!!

A Wonderful Experience

The house was immaculate which is important to me. We were concerned and contacted the host prior to our arrival that the house would have the air conditioning on since we arrived in the heat wave.It was cool with the air on and even fans circulating the air. There was even bottled water in the refrigerator for us. The host texted the next day to be sure everything was fine. We had a slight problem with one toilet. The host responded immediately and wanted to know if we wanted a plumber sent, but we said it wasn’t necessary. She sent us a gift card for the inconvenience. The host followed up again and everything was fine. We were 10 to 15 minutes from Golden and Red Rock. We would definitely stay there again if we get to the Denver area. I was impressed with the house as well as the host.

Overall PERFECT! From the messaging with host, check in, cleanliness and checkout process. This home and location didn’t disappoint! Very clean and cozy!
