Noise: Tenant agrees the unreasonable noise or disturbance may result in eviction. No Shoes allowed inside the house. On check out day, 11am, please put all towels and bedsheets in the living room. Smoking: Tobacco and MARIJUANA smoke or use is prohibited and strictly enforced. A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed.
