This modern villa is fully air-conditioned and features three bedroms with double bed and TV, as well as three bathrooms with showers, two of which are en-suite. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and both have joining 30 m2 terrace with sea view. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and also serves as a apartment with kitchen, living and dining room.
The ground floor of the villa also consists of cozy living room with PS3 and DVD, which makes it perfect for children, as well as fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances followed by dining area.
Villa is decorated very elegantly, paying attention on details to be easy on the eye. Calming combination of black, blue and gold tones, straight and clean lines together with high quality materials create a visual heaven and offers you complete comfort during your stay.
Fully fenced yard of the villa offers private swimming pool with sun-lounges and parasols, as well as an outdoor sitting area with BBQ and shower, all accompanied by magnificent sea view.
Situated in Ždrelac, on islad Pašman, this villa is only 10 km from city of Zadar and 11 km from nearest airport. Around villa you can find many sandy and pebble beaches, as well as beautiful bays. This villa is only 500 m from a boat dock and Ždrelac being located at the intersection of sea routes makes it perfect for trips to the surrounding islands and the Kornati archipelago whose beauty will leave you breathless.
