Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Housekeeping and property manager will inspect and inventory the property for any damage or missing items. Please inform owner of any damage or necessary repairs needed prior to departure.
Clean outdoor grill if used and make sure gas is OFF. Clean stovetop. Close all doors. Leave all thermostats to 72.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
