A highlight of this home are the spectacular marsh views and its location on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This home is an easy walk to the Marsh Observation Tower and a mile and a half bike ride down to the stunning beach. The most stunning new feature is a beautiful saltwater, infinity edge pool (22' x 11' dimensions, cannot be heated). This incredible spacious home is highlighted by expansive windows that easily let in natural light. The open floorplan allows your group to enjoy numerous spaces, spread out and relax. Perhaps one of the most interesting features is the recessed, centralized sitting room that opens to a lovely sun room. It is a great space to converse with friends or curl up with a great book. The main living room is just off of this area and has a large flat screen TV and pool table. The dining room is adjacent to the central living room as well, and has a larger dining table with seating for 8 guests.
The expansive back deck is accessible from multiple rooms on the rear side of the house. Its the perfect spot for your morning coffee, grill out, or just relish in the beautiful nature views and being outdoors.
For planning your trip, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 on the second floor, bedding set up is as follows:
- Bedroom 1- Two Twins, Private Bathroom, left side of the first floor
- Bedroom 2- King, Private Bathroom, left side of the first floor
- Bedroom 3- Queen, Hall Bathroom, right side of the first floor
- Bedroom 4- Two Twins, Private Bathroom, right side of the first floor
- Bedroom 5- Bunk Beds (three total twin beds, has a trundle underneath), Hall Bathroom, Second Floor
- Bedroom 6- King, Private Bathroom, Second Floor
- Bedroom 7- Bunk Beds (three total twin beds, has a trundle underneath), Hall Bathroom, Second Floor
- Bedroom 8- King, Private Bathroom, Second Floor
*Note: Bedrooms 5 and 7 (The bunk beds) are NOT private bedrooms. These bunk beds are among the shared living area on the second floor of the house!
Non smoking, no pets and no events will be permitted, no exceptions, fireplace not available for guest use.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
