Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 dans cet appartement à Moliets-et-Maa. L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal : au calme mais proche de toutes les facilités (océan, commerce, restaurants..) . Sa localisation est vraiment un avantage. La résidence dispose d’une très grande piscine privée agréable et calme.L’appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée. et la décoration est agréable.Un vrai plus également pour l’accueil et la communication.

Amoureux des Landes et plus particulièrement de Moliets. Nous apprécions de nous ressourcer dans cette nature préservée, se promener parmi les pins, se balader le long des plages longues à perte de vue et d'admirer l'océan.

Why they chose this property

Cette résidence est très bien entretenue et bénéficie d'un emplacement rêvé car il est à proximité de la plage, du golf et du centre bourg. Nous profitons d'un jardin très bien arboré et fleuri et d'une piscine aux grandes dimensions ainsi qu'un jacuzzi. Cette résidence est très bien adaptée pour les familles.

What makes this property unique

L'appartement est exposé sud donc bénéficie d'un très bon ensoleillement. Il est très fonctionnel et va bénéficier à partir de mai 2026 d’une nouvelle salle de bain. Notre service de conciergerie est très méticuleux concernant le nettoyage et réactif si besoin d'assistance.
