This fantastic seven-bedroom villa offers a living area for up to 14 people and is the perfect choice, both for a quiet vacation, far away from the noise, as well as for active vacation and lavish nightlife.

The villa is located on the island of Čiovo, which is connected to the mainland by bridge, so that arrival on the island is possible at any time.

The nearest beach is just 400 meters away and the old town Trogir is 3.5 km away. In the city center there is everything you need for a carefree holiday - shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, a post office and nightlife.

On the first floor there are 2 apartments with living rooms, dining area and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, each with a bedroom and bathroom with washing machine in each apartment and an additional toilet. All rooms have a double bed (200x180) and a private bathroom. The living room leads you to the beautiful, spacious terrace with seating and a sea view. Each living room and bedroom has an LCD Smart TV with satellite television, DSL connection and an additional Wi-Fi connection.

In the attic there is a small fitness studio, which is suitable for light exercises and relaxation.

The particularly pleasant atmosphere was achieved by ultra-modern, special direct and indirect LED color change lighting in all rooms.

The house is fully furnished, with all the necessary content. All rooms have air conditioning systems with heating and cooling systems and underfloor heating is also installed in the bathrooms.

Guests have towels in the bathroom and on the sun loungers by the swimming pool, as well as bed linen and a washing machine. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels daily (or more often if you wish, at an additional cost).
