Lovingly furnished private apartment, with 2 bedrooms, a living / dining area, a bathroom, spread over 60 square meters, we offer here on the popular bike island of Usedom.

A large garden, as well as a grill and beach chair is also available.

To date, our apartment is only used by the family themselves, so our apartment has been practically furnished accordingly.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a very large garden, built-in grill for use, garden furniture, beach chair and carport to protect your car. The apartment is located just 150 m directly behind the dunes on the sandy, very wide and long beach of Karlshagen. The nearest bike rental shop is around 100 m away and the center of Karlshagen is around 400 m away. It is only 50 m in the morning to get a roll, as there is a small kiosk directly on the beach promenade, which offers fresh rolls in different varieties every morning. The second. Bread roll shop is also about 70 m away in the "Bike Inn".

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen consisting of an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, waffle iron and much more.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, single washbasin with mirror cabinet, shower and washing machine. The washing machine is ready for your use.

The bedroom consists of a 1.80 m bed and a large wardrobe / sliding door cabinet. The 2nd Bedroom contains two 80 cm beds and a wardrobe.

The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people and without WiFi!

The living room is equipped with a corner sofa and a TV with cable connection. There are also some games in the living room for bad weather conditions.

The garden, the grill and the carport are for sole use. Since the apartment is at the end of the dune residence, this area is very traffic-calmed.

Restaurants and shopping opportunities are also about 400 m away. But there is nothing like a kilometer-long sand parade walk, this is guaranteed.

We offer the apartment with cleaning. This would have to be paid, as well as the tourist tax.

A cycle path network is right in front of the door, so that you can go on bike rides for hours to Ahlbeck, Pennemünde or completely on the backwaters. If the power is not enough for the way back, the Usedom pool lift will take you with or without a bike.
