The living room is the perfect place to relax with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and gas fireplace. Directly outside of the living room is the private patio with a gas grill and stunning views of Mt. Werner. The spacious kitchen is remodeled with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modernized lighting. There is seating for 7 with 4 at the high-top table and an additional 3 at the kitchen bar.

Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor - the master bedroom has a large king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautiful, remodeled shower. The second bedroom has a plush queen bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. When exiting this bedroom, you will find another full bathroom as well as the laundry room equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs from the main level is the third bedroom. This is the perfect place for the kids to retreat as it is equipped with a twin over double bunk bed, a twin pullout couch, and an ensuite bathroom.

The garage is located on the bottom level and is a great place to store all of your outdoor gear. This garage is small but does have space for a compact car. There is additional parking directly outside of the garage and in the visitor parking area.
