Great location

Gated golf community with a number of small neighborhood pools, walking paths and clubhouse. Need a car to access nearby outlet mall and the really good restaurants in Naples and Ft Meyers

We live in Connecticut and have had this property for about 11 years. We love to spend time in our villa, as do our families.

Why they chose this property

This property is an end unit which gives you more privacy and more light! We have an extended lanai in the back which is great for entertaining or just relaxing. This villa is very well taken care and feels like home.

What makes this property unique

This property is in one of the nicest golf communities in Estero. It is private, yet has many activities for you to join in. The pools are gorgeous and ours is 100 yards away so it's an easy walk! The beautiful beaches in Bonita and Naples are close by.
