Perfect place to stay, close to Mammoth Caves

This is a quiet place with quick access to Mammoth Caves National Park. The host made it so easy to check in and provided good recommendations. Our family loved the scenic view from the porch and the horses in the front yard. We would stay here again!

Perfect country home

We L9VED the off the road atmosphere and the house itself was AMAZING and stocked with everything we needed and more!!! My family had SUCH a good time i would DEFINITELY rent this house again if i had the chance!!! I have referred it to friends, family, family and even my co-workers for their family vacatins!!

Genuine hidden gem.

We loved our stay at this log cabin. It is large and spacious. It has everything you need for a stay. Close to the cave and much more. Very secluded and quiet location. Would definitely stay there again.

Mammoth Cave Cabin

Great location and very quiet and peaceful. Short 15 minute drive to the National Park. Wood burning fireplace in the master bedroom is a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet cabin in a lovely setting. The cabin is nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen. The surroundings are very nice and it was an added treat to be able to visit the horses near the property. Very convenient to Mammoth Cave, about a 15 minute drive. Highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Cozy, Peaceful and Close to Attractions

We absolutely loved this charming, secluded cabin in the woods. We felt like we were at home. The cabin is within minutes of the caverns and hiking and an easy drive to Louisville. The cabin was clean, bigger than we anticipated, and had all the things one would need for cooking and daily life. We will be back!

Wonderful Weekend

Our three-generational family loved this cabin. The setting was very peaceful and we spent time together on the front porch in the rocking chairs just talking and laughing. We chose it because it is so close to Mammoth Cave. Perfect location. Everyone loved the rustic decor and the comfortable ambiance. Everything was wonderful and we are grateful ! Thank you, Joel.

Quick 2-night stay

Was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Property was very private as well. King bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked. Downstairs heater didn’t work on arrival, but owner was very accessible and responsive—was fixed in a short time. Visited Mammoth Caves. 17-19 mins drive from this property to visitor center.

Country Charm

The pictures on this listing actually are under-whelming compared to the property. We were not sure what to expect by the listing pictures but were pleasantly surprised upon entering the property. It is set back from the road and makes it feel very private. The decor was country charm with lots to look at. Everything appeared to be well dusted and clean. The host provided firewood, games and coloring books which were such as nice surprise. Minimal contact with host which was good for us. We treated their home as ours and we would be happy to stay again.
