Au 3E étage (sans ascenseur), appartement duplex (38 m²) comprenant : Entrée sur séjour/ salle à manger ( coin repas et TV), cuisine équipée (plaque de cuisson 2 feux, micro onde, mini four, lave-vaisselle, frigo congélateur). Accès balcon avec coin repas et superbe vue sur le lac. Un WC séparés avec lave-main, Lave linge. A l’étage, Cabine avec fenêtre et lits superposés en 80 (couchage 2 enfants).
