Very bright apartment with balcony, unobstructed view

- Bathroom with bath, toilet, washing machine, washbasin unit with drawers (hairdryer)
- large dressing room (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, duvets and pillows).

It is located in the city centre, close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, public garden, post office, bank, beach, hiking departure and visit of the creeks by boat.... )

Summer shuttle (la marcouline 371 ) located in front of the building serving the Cassis train station and the health centre

Parking in a private residence 300 m from the building (entrance beep available)

Very helpful hosts, very nice apartment, and amazing location - within quick walking distance of the beach and center of town, and right next to a bus stop. A note to others is that neither the cleaning fee (50 euros) or the sheets (40 euros for 2 sets) are included in the price shown in the listing.

Very well prepared studio flat, fully equipped and compact for 4 people. It can be a bit noisy throughout the day and night as it is located close to center of Cassis.Cleaning charges, bed and pillow covers, and bath towels come at an extra cost, which was not mentioned during the reservation. The owner also asked me to sign a rental agreement for the duration of my stay. I would have preferred that all these details were communicated before making the reservation, not afterward. Overall it's ideal place for short stay for Family with 2 kids.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cassis ! Le logement était très agréable, propre et conforme à la description. L’emplacement était idéal pour profiter pleinement de Cassis et de ses magnifiques paysages.Tout était réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances : confort et proximité des principaux points d’intérêt. La communication avec l’hôte a également été très agréable et efficace.Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Parfait et conforme a la description, appart bien pratique, proche du centre et place de parking a 400m.Le seul bémol pour nous a été le bruit car l'appart est dans un rond point et la baie vitrée n'est pas insonorisée correctement. On est réveillé tôt, mais on profite des vacances !!!

Abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno in questo appartamento. La posizione è ottima per esplorare Cassis, l’appartamento è pulito, luminoso e dotato di tutto il necessario per passare un buon momento. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata facile e lei risponde rapidamente. La prenotazione è avvenuta senza problemi. Siamo state accolte dalla signora Perone che è stata di una gentilezza unica e ci ha mostrato l’appartamento. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son emplacement, qui permet de profiter facilement de Cassis et de ses magnifiques environs.Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Ils ont été très attentionnés et ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
