This charming apartment on Calle Antonio Dalmases, Granada, is just 10 minutes from the city centre and has been designed to host up to 8 guests in complete comfort.

The apartment combines modern style, warmth and an excellent location. It features two main bedrooms with 150 cm and 135 cm beds, both with portable air conditioning units for a pleasant stay. There is also a separate room with a 135 cm bed, TV and portable air conditioning unit.

The home enjoys two bright living rooms: one with breathtaking views of Sierra Nevada, a desk for remote working, air conditioning and a projector with Smart TV for relaxing evenings; the second offers a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the utensils you may need.

For added convenience, there are two full bathrooms: one with a spacious bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Granada, and another smaller bathroom with a shower. The property also includes two separate laundry areas, each fitted with a washer-dryer.

The apartment is set within a quiet, landscaped building, perfect for resting after enjoying the city. Nearby you will find supermarkets, pharmacies and local bars. From here, you can reach Granada Cathedral in around 10 minutes on foot, and easily access the Alhambra and the Albaicín. Sierra Nevada is also just a 30-minute drive away.

For your comfort, the living room has air conditioning and the bedrooms are equipped with portable cooling units. Hot water is available continuously via the communal supply and electric water heater. The fuse box is located just behind the main entrance door.
