The apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers thanks to its two comfortable bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Designed for your well-being in all seasons, it has air conditioning and a heat pump heating system.



The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home, with everything you need at your disposal, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer complete the equipment for a stay in complete tranquillity. The accommodation also includes a modern bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.



You will be able to enjoy a pleasant outdoor space thanks to a terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for your outdoor meals. The residence also provides you with a shared swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Parking via a private garage in the building is included for your comfort.
