About this property

La Bastide entre Eurexpo et St Exupéry

You enter a beautiful living area lit by a large picture window opening onto a private terrace (currently under construction). A two-seater sofa bed faces the TV. Next, you’ll discover the fully equipped kitchen, decorated in a Provençal style, where you can enjoy a leisurely meal at a wooden high table.

A separate, enclosed bedroom will allow you to rest and enjoy peaceful nights of sleep. Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

From the entrance to the main room, you’ll find a closet and a walk-in closet.

La Bastide is equipped with reversible hot/cold air conditioning.

This apartment is located on the ground floor; it can be combined with the chalet on the ground floor to accommodate up to 9 people.

What strikes you most about an adobe farmhouse in the Northern Dauphiné is its authenticity and how seamlessly it blends into the landscape. These buildings exude history and a deep connection to the land. The imperfections of the adobe walls and the simplicity of the forms give these places an undeniable charm.

Many farmhouses have been carefully renovated, preserving their original character while incorporating modern comforts. They stand as a testament to a precious architectural heritage, evoking a way of life rooted in respect for local resources.

5 apartments to welcome you:

- La Bastide was designed to take you on a journey through the Luberon in Provence during your stay in Genas. The decor, the colours, the atmosphere—everything has been carefully curated to offer you a moment of calm and fulfillment, whether you’re travelling alone, with family, or with coworkers.

- The Chalet offers a taste of a mountain holiday, whether during the winter season under a soft blanket of snow or in the summer, for beautiful hikes through the flower-filled alpine meadows. The old wood and slate create an authentic atmosphere, and the mezzanine transports you right to the foot of the slopes.

- The Loft, nestled between Croix Rousse Hill—home to the silk weavers’ workshops (the “canuts”)—and Saint-Exupéry Airport—famous for *The Little Prince*—stop by for a stay in the most “Lyon-esque” of our apartments. Ideal for a family stay before catching your flight, you’ll get a taste of Lyon’s local culture.

- The Mas: What could be better than a Provençal-style Mas, where colours play with light and textures to create a sense of tranquility and contentment, to relax during your business trips in the Lyon area—or on your way to holiday for a stopover that already feels like a holiday!

- La Paillote: Come relax and get in the holiday mood by the ocean. Come enjoy the sea breeze as the tides ebb and flow in a fisherman’s or surfer’s cabin. Letting go is the name of the game.

Residents of Geneva for over 25 years, we love our city, feel at home here, and wish to welcome you to this pleasant and relaxing setting. The history of the Lofts began in 2016 with the duplexes l’Atelier and la Villa, created in an almost century-old abandoned house. Passionate about travel and old buildings, we drew inspiration from colours, atmospheres of neighbourhoods worldwide, photos from various places, sharing and encounters to bring new life to this old building. Then, in 2024, five new apartments were created in a farm that once housed a horse breeding farm, inviting you to discover beautiful regions of France: a Bastide in the Luberon, a Chalet in the Alpine mountains, a Mas in the Provençal hills, a Paillote by the Atlantic coast, and a Loft typical of the Croix Rousse district of Lyon.
