The house and the apartment have been completely renovated with great attention to detail and furnished in a modern rural style.
The apartment is on 2 floors and has on the 1st Floor is a living room with an open kitchen where you will find everything you need: 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, enough dishes and glasses as well as a fridge and freezer.
A cozy sofa set completes the picture. Enjoy your breakfast or meal at a spacious table with 6 chairs with a beautiful view outside. This is directly followed by a large roof terrace to the south and west.
Of course, you have a large flat screen TV, a stereo with CD player and a DVD player. There is also a reading corner with a comfortable relaxation armchair. We also offer a small selection of DVDs, CDs and books. The apartment also has WiFi.
There is a possibility to sleep separately.
The double bedroom with a walk-in closet and a small seating area follows. From there you can go directly to the bathroom, which is equipped with a double sink, shower and toilet. A safe is also available here.
In the 2nd Floor (connected by a spiral staircase) you will find the second bedroom with double bed and additional sofa bed for 2 children. You have direct access to the bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
The cozy holiday home Haus Doris is located in the immediate vicinity of the spa gardens, the market square and the pedestrian zone with its numerous shopping and leisure opportunities.
Washer and dryer are available by separate agreement.
The apartment is on the edge of the pedestrian zone, free access to the house is possible.
An outdoor parking space belongs to the apartment.
Therme, sauna area, tennis court, ski schools can be reached in just a few steps.
Oberstdorf also offers a wide range of other leisure activities such as hiking, mountaineering, golf, mini golf, swimming, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, curling, ice skating and much more.
