The 1-room apartment including WiFi, completed in 2017, is furnished in a maritime style and invites you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. A closet with a sofa can be converted into a double bed with just one hand. You can cook to your heart's content in the modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. In addition to the toilet and walk-in glass shower, the spacious bathroom also has a bathroom mirror, towel dryer and a hair dryer. In the living area, your belongings can be stored in a large wardrobe with an integrated mirror. A laundry set consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked through the holiday rental. The radio or the wall-mounted 43-inch flat-screen TV ensure better sleep or cozy evenings. A parking space no .: 09, directly in front of the apartment, is available for free use. Non smoking apartment, pets not allowed, laundry set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee. Secure yourself one of our coveted beach chairs (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). In just a few steps, approx. 500m, you can reach the long Baltic Sea beach. In the immediate vicinity there are two corner shops, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, several restaurants, a bicycle rental and the traditional fisherman with fresh fish every day for immediate consumption or take away. There are other shopping opportunities in Rethwisch (3 km) and Bad Doberan (6 km).
