The comfortable and sun-drenched 2-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the 2nd floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living rooms is high-quality vinyl design, the entrance area, the kitchen and the bathroom / toilet are tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping accommodation for a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway with wardrobe and mirror, you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday apartment.

The spacious and cosy living/dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeping) couch, armchairs and coffee table, a relaxation area with an additional couch, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a cupboard, a sideboard and various shelves. From the living room you have direct access to the beautiful sunny balcony (facing east) with balcony furniture - here you can sit relaxed and cosy for breakfast or enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good bottle of wine in the middle of the countryside ...!

For your entertainment, the apartment has 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a radio, CD player, a selection of books and board games as well as free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen (with window) includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg boiler. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The friendly, large and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe, a small sitting area (table and 2 armchairs) and another TV. The bedroom also has a separate and beautiful balcony with furniture. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd or 4th person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The modern and bright bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bathroom cabinet, make-up mirror, hair dryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating as well as sufficient storage space. Furthermore, the apartment has its own infrared sauna cabin, which provides soothing relaxation.

Your shoes and jackets can be stored in the cloakroom (with mirror) in the hallway of the apartment.

In addition, there is a ground-level basement room for your bicycles, prams or bulky luggage (e.g. your golf equipment or similar) to the apartment.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space belonging to your apartment directly in front of the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, please use the balconies for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum overnight stays / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
