Vacation home with seasonal beach chair in a wonderful location on Timmendorfer Strand

This new and modern holiday home is located in a pedestrianized street within walking distance to the beach and is equipped with its 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet for up to 7 people.

On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large dining table, a modern corner sofa, a large LCD TV, a Blue-Ray DVD player, a hi-fi system and a south-facing balcony.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view to the south side garden. Terrace furniture invites you to sit and relax on the balcony.

On the same level is a separate kitchen with dining table, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and a guest toilet with sink.

On the garden floor is a large bedroom with double bed, 2 armchairs with coffee table, LCD TV, stereo, and access to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Furthermore, the garden level has a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and a small balcony overlooking the garden, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. On this level is also another bathroom with shower, hair dryer, toilet, sink and a washing machine.

In the attic is the 4th Bedroom with a day bed with pullout function, LCD TV, stereo, and a wardrobe.

All rooms have a modern gas central heating, mosquito nets and the bedrooms over Verdunklungsplissees.

The house has 2 staircases to secure the entrances and exits.

The house is a Non smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

The holiday home has free Wi-Fi.

The house has a car parking space at the house. Other free parking facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.

In the period from May to mid-September our guests have their own beach chair on the beach free of charge.
