This spacious holiday home in Timmendorfer Strand has 200 m² of living space, consists of 5 rooms, and is furnished to accommodate 2–6 people. In addition, 2 infants (up to 1 year old) (for an extra charge) who sleep in travel cots may be accommodated.

The ground floor of the house is bright and filled with natural light thanks to the large picture windows. The living area features a large seating area, TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The stylish dining area seats 6 people and adjoins the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a cooking island with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, and large worktop, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, and offers direct access to the garden, where little pirates and mermaids can run around and play. From the living area, you can step out onto the large, furnished south-facing terrace, which is perfect for relaxing.
The entire living/kitchen area on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
The fireplace in the living area is not in working order.

In the entryway of the house, there is a shower room with an urinal and a hair dryer, as well as a storage room with a coin-operated washing machine.
On the ground floor, there are 4 separate bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and exterior blinds in front of the large windows (there is no blind in front of the skylight).
Two of the bedrooms are single rooms, one of which has a balcony.
The fourth bedroom, which has a balcony, features two single beds. This room can therefore be used as a single room or as a double room.
The remaining three bedrooms have blackout curtains.
In addition, the upper floor features a spacious bathroom with a large glass shower and bathtub, as well as a vanity with two sinks.

The upper floor is equipped with radiators, not underfloor heating.
A ping-pong table is available for guests. It is located in the garden shed. A coin-operated washing machine is located in the small storage room inside the house.
