This amazing house offers spectacular ocean views. Very quiet place with a big garden and privet pool-patio on the upper veranda, perfect for lounging by the pool during the day and stargazing in the evening.
3 bright sunny rooms with comfortable beds and air conditionairs. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with outdoor barbeque and big veranda to enjoy unforgettable sunset dinners.
The territory of the house is large enough and has private parking for several cars.
Please note that 2 out of 3 floors is the rental property. On the lower floor of the house is another apartment and there can live other guests. These 2 apartments are absolutely independent from each other, they have separate entrances and terraces.

The house is located in Ververonda area 5 minutes from the center of Porto Heli with all amenities: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets pharmacy, port and etc. One of the best beaches in Ververonda is just a few minutes away, there you can find various water sports such us diving, snorkeling, water-ski, windsurfing, sailing. A 10 minutes drive is the port of Costa, from where you can reach the famous and cosmopolitan island of Spetses. Also nearby are the beautiful villages of Kilada and Ermioni, from where you can get to the picturesque island of Hydra.
Porto Heli is ideal holliday destination that combines privacy and tranquility with a rich nightlife of the city, equally suitable for those who love wild nature with private beaches and those who prefer well-organized public beaches.

Amazing view

We stayed for 8 nights and all was great. Not perfect, but great! Location, view, space; all very good. Maybe one point to improve would be the confort of the mattress which are too firm for our tasting. Otherwise, great stay.
