Holiday Room I:
Our holiday room is located on the ground floor of the house and is 28 square meters. The room with combined living and bedroom (bed 1.40 wide) has a separate, small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has parquet flooring and is predominantly furnished with natural wood furniture.
The Hansestadt Stralsund is located in the middle of the island paradise of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, embedded in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommerschen Boddenküste. Our holiday rooms are centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the town center. There is also a direct bus connection. The house was modernized in 2009. Parking spaces are available in the side streets. For our guests there is also a lockable bicycle storage. The nearest shops (net market and plus market) are 3 minutes away.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung "Zur Quelle" sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet (insbesondere mit Küchenutensilien und -geräten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Auch die Nähe zum Strand hat uns überzeugt. Das Stadtzentrum bzw. der Hafen sind auch nur einen ausgedehnten Spaziergang entfernt.
Zum Schluss wollen wir anmerken, dass die Bilder auf der Website etwas "veraltet" daherkommen und den Räumlichkeiten nicht gerecht werden. Wir waren bei der Ankunft sehr positiv überrascht!

Entspannung
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die gut isolierten Fenster liegen zur Straße raus. Da man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten an der Promenade ist, hat mich das nicht gestört. Mit Bus oder Fahrrad kann man von dort gut starten. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca.20 Minuten. Die Vermieter wohnen auch im Haus und haben immer ein offenes Ohr, wenn man Fragen hat. Ein rundum entspannter Urlaub.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und genau wie im Inserat. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.
Es ist alles vorhanden, in der Nähe ist ein hervorragender Bäcker und die Innenstadt ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.
