Relax and enjoy this luxury house offering ultra-high end Italian furniture, Subzero/Wolf appliances, custom Mennonite cabinetry in the heart of the highlands! Enjoy a mint julip or a hot cup of coffee on the back screened in porch with stunning Brazilian walnut floors, a smart home with full house audio, dual AC, and high end landscaping.

*About the space*
Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): King sized bed, ensuite private full bathroom, TV, Peloton, and Tonal.

Penthouse Bedroom: The third floor offers a full floor with a with queen sized bed and 2 single beds with it's own ensuite private full bathroom as well as TV.

There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor as well as another full bathroom on the second floor hallway. Currently one of the bedrooms is the perfect set up for a baby/toddler with a crib available. The other bedroom would be outfitted with a queen sized air mattress (sheets included) provided by the host. There is an additional full sized air mattress available as well (sheets included).

Kentucky Derby weekend

Outstanding in every way…charming home, historic location, beautiful landscaping…except the mattress in the front bedroom.
