Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly feel bad that the A/C on the second level was not working. We are very disappointed in receiving this four star review because we never had the opportunity to attempt to fix it. We were told that the A/C wasn’t working after you had already departed which is not fair to us. As soon as we found out about it we sent a repairman over there and he fixed it in under ten minutes. We have a full staff of house cleaners and repairmen that are willing and able to help our guests whenever needed but all we ask is that you please communicate with us and let us know if something is wrong otherwise we have no way of knowing there’s a problem. Again, we truly value all of our guests and our main priority is for you to have the best stay possible. We hope that you will still consider staying with us again in the future.

We wanted to address a few of the concerns you mentioned. Prior to your arrival, you provided us with a list of items you needed during your stay, and we made sure those were available for you at check-in. Regarding the plumbing issue, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the problem during your stay. After your departure, a subsequent guest reported that the shower diverter in one of the bathrooms was not functioning properly. We had a plumber on-site the following morning, and the issue was promptly repaired. We strive to provide every guest with a five-star experience, which is why we always encourage guests to contact us during their stay with any questions or concerns. If we know about an issue while you're with us, we'll do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. We also wanted to clarify your comment about the gazebo. While it is functional, it is not advertised as an amenity in our listing. It is located a considerable distance from the home and deck, as the property has a large lawn, and it is not furnished. Thank you so much for your wonderful review. I apologize that you are stating that there weren’t enough chairs for your group. We have a dining table that seats 8 people comfortable and we also have a combination of island and bar seating within the same open floor plan that seats 8 additional people. The entire kitchen/dining layout seats up to 16 people. Thanks again for your review and we hope to have you back again soon!
