Welcome to our Family Lakehouse! Settle into this spacious 5 Bedroom/ 3 Full Bathroom Lake House for friends & family fun with picturesque sunset views. Great house for entertaining whether inside, on the large attached deck, or down at the lake on a private dock! Enjoy some winter cheer cozied up by the stone fireplace with a good book. Perfect location for those who love to ski or snow board. Super close to Song Mountain or Labrador Mountain! Or plan ahead for next summer lake fun with 100 feet of private beach. We have a large dock and gazebo with great access to swimming, boating, fishing, or just relaxing:). Reserve a week in the summer at our Skaneateles Lake House today and make memories tomorrow!

Was in Skaneateles for a family event and the house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of bedrooms, spacious kitchen, very clean and cozy. Being there in November we couldn’t take advantage of the lake but the view was beautiful, I never get tired of getting to see the lake. My cousins and have already talked about another getaway and would hope to rent it again.

We have just returned from our second annual visit to this charming lake house. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! Brian and Melissa decorated simply and beautifully for the holidays right down to the Christmas dishes and tablecloth. Home is clean and comfortable. Will book again next year.

Everything was great from the moment we opened the door. Property is very clean and everyone felt very much at home. Our little dog Milo loved runnin around in the large backyard and the view of the lake was stunning. Would love to stay again in the summer but the fall was beautiful.

Great outdoor space too

The house was very nice, but I hadn't expected the large lawn rolling down towards the lake, with a firepit and lounge chairs, so it was great for hanging around outside. And the patio/dock by the water was another nice hang-out area with plenty of chairs for relaxing.

We loved the property. The house accommodated 8 adults and a toddler. We loved the grassy yard leading to a lake side deck. With the deck on solid ground and a roof overhead it was very comfortable. The porch saw a lot of use and the view of the lake from the porch was a plus too. The water was beautiful.

This home easily accommodated our family of 10 for a reunion this past weekend. It is comfortably furnished with 5 bedrooms, living room and large kitchen, as well as a spacious deck and front yard. Lakefront deck is an added attraction.

Lovely Lake House

The location was key- both close to the town center and right on the lake. We had fun on the lake using the kayaks and spent time at night with the fire pit. My family had a really great time!

Cozy family home ideal for enjoying the lake and town

The property has a lovely view of the lake with a seating area and dock. The house has a homey feel. I enjoyed the fact that the bedrooms were separated from each other. My family and I had a lovely stay and made lifelong memories.

Perfect group retreat on Lake

We stayed for a family wedding and the home was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, comfortable, clean and a great location just a few minutes drive into town. We stayed in the winter but could see how this location on the lake would be even better in the summer time. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with.

This home was perfect for our annual sisters weekend! Comfortable with lots of space and character. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, the beds were comfy and the first floor bedroom with ensuite was perfect for our mom for whom stairs are tricky. Perfect family stay on the lake

My family rented this property over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and furnished very nicely, as well as great access to the lake! We rented a boat and spent the days on the lake, had dinners on the back deck, watched the sunset, and then spent evenings around the fire pit. This house was perfect space-wise for the accommodations of 10 adults, and I would highly recommend this rental for a carefree and enjoyable stay on the lake.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this home while attending a nearby wedding. It was roomy enough for the 10 family members. The house was clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake was great. Didn't make use of the outside area due to the weather in November. We would stay here again.

Family Reunion at Skaneateles Lake

Home is rustic, spacious and has nice dock on lake. Interior is very outdated but we weren’t there to hang out inside. It was great for family reunion as we all had space and could spend time together. No air conditioning. Very easy to rent and check in- we would go back again.

great family getaway

Spacious and cozy. The view is speculator. We were there near Christmas time and they even had a Christmas tree, Lots to do in town, If you go in December check out the Dickens Theatrics. Everything you need is in the house. Plenty of towels and kitchen needs, The owner is quick to respond and helpful, We have stayed there a coupke times and plan to return. Enjoy your stay!
