About 15 km from the campsite, you can, for example, go shopping and enjoy a glass of wine at a pavement cafe in picturesque Millau. Here you can also admire the Viaduct de Millau: the highest bridge in the world! This impressive iron and concrete structure rests on pillars that are 343 metres high. It spans across a beautiful mountainous valley and is considered one of the most remarkable feats of civil engineering of our time. From Clermont-Ferrand (on the A75), you can reach Millau (after paying the toll) via the highest viaduct in the world: the Viaduct de Millau. Turn off the motorway at junction 47, follow the signs for La Cavalerie and Nant. You can also take the N9: In Millau, go straight over the first roundabout towards Millau Centre. At the second roundabout, turn left towards Montpeillier. At the third roundabout, take the bridge towards Nant / Gorges de Dourbie (D991). The campsite is 27 kilometres from Millau, on your left. Attention! Do not turn off towards Cantobre, but carry on to the next crossroads.
