Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
- All rooms are located on the first floor, except the 4th upstairs bedroom perfect for additional privacy or extended family.
- The upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed with two twin trundles, sleeping 4 comfortably, a private bathroom, and an office/sitting area with a smart TV.
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed and has a view of the infinity pool/spa and canal.
- The master bathroom has double vanities, a soaker tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
- Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 each have queen-size beds.
- All rooms come with TVs and the option to watch Cable TV on the apps.

Kitchen and Dining:
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly think of to ensure you are the chef in the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the house, in ground private heated pool and boat dock
Garbage Days: Monday & Thurs   
Yard Waste: Wednesday
Pool Care: Thursdays
Check-in time anytime after 3:00 pm 
Check out time by 10:00 am
Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
