Welcome to this lovely 28 m² flat, located on the first floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links and more, making it the ideal base from which to explore the city.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. A fold-away double bed allows you to make full use of the lounge space at all times. The double bed – measuring 140 x 190 cm – is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Tassimo type), utensils and crockery.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a large mirror.
The toilet is located within the bathroom.
The washer in the bathroom is not working, but you will find a laundromat 4 minutes away from the property.


Please note that this property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
