This cozy 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This is a newly built house and is less than 7 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. It is a great place to relax after a long day of activities. This is a smoke free home. It has a beautiful backyard with grill and fire pit. Shopping areas and great restaurants within a few miles. Savannah rapids pavilion is less than 2 miles away with beautiful picture spots, walking trails, and bike/kayak rentals.
