On the ground floor, a large living area welcomes you with its warm atmosphere:

House Rules – Penalties for non-compliance

To ensure comfort and cleanliness for everyone, a flat fee of €50 will be charged in the following cases:

> No smoking indoors: any smell or trace of tobacco will automatically result in the flat fee being charged.

> Barbecue not cleaned after use: Please empty it and leave it clean for the next guests.

> Stained or damaged linens (sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc.).

> Failure to follow the checkout instructions listed in the welcome booklet:

- Dishes left unwashed or dirty,

- Trash tins not emptied,

- Property returned in an unusually messy condition.

These fees are separate from any additional costs incurred in the event of more significant damage requiring replacement or repair.
