Endless Summer Cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee!

A nostalgic treat with the most amazing sandy shorefront with dock. No frills and no fuss, authentic and rustic. Feels like coming home. The main house/cottage has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. First bedroom looks out a the water with a Queen bed and a 3/4 bath attached. Second bedroom has Two Twin Beds and third bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathroom is in the hallway near those rooms. Fully functional kitchen and open spaced dining and living area with a huge picture window to Lake Winnipesaukee. In the back portion of the garage there is a full bathroom and laundry room.

Property sleeps 10 in beds and is all one level living. Sandy beach right in front of your cottage and a dock for your boat of up to 20 feet with a 3 foot depth. Adirondack chairs for enjoying the sun and the views. Plant yourself and take a deep breath. You won't want to leave the waterfront. This home is truly special.

Please Note: This is a pet friendly home! There is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign, but know that you can enjoy the waterfront with your 4 legged friends! Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
