Villa del Mar is beachfront living at its finest! The residential compound at Playa Hermosa, near the town of Santa Teresa, features a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom main house and two guest houses with two bedrooms and two baths in each. It can accommodate up to 14 persons and is only rented to one group at a time.
Built just 50 yards above the high tide mark, Villa Del Mar gives guests direct access to Playa Hermosa’s calm, white-sand beach with excellent swimming and sunbathing opportunities. The house’s infinity swimming pool and an assortment of lounge chairs and beach lounge beds also offer a tempting place to while away the afternoon.
The two-story main house is gorgeous, with magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows along the ocean-facing side. Guests have breathtaking views of the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean and beach from the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. Covering the top floor, the spacious master bedroom features polished cement floors, a private bathroom, and a king-size bed. A large, covered balcony extends the room outdoors. Below the main bedroom are the other two bedrooms. One is equipped with a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Overall, the house comfortably sleeps 6 people.
A modern kitchen is stocked with all necessary items, including a refrigerator, stove, coffeemaker, and espresso machine. Outdoor living wouldn’t be complete without the BBQ grill out on the terrace. Guests can enjoy the 42” HD flat-screen satellite TV in an air-conditioned TV room while relaxing on plush couches.
The two identical guest houses sport huge sliding glass doors, floating staircases, and large wooden decks. The bottom floor in each contains a living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. A walk up the floating staircase leads to the bedrooms, finished with polished cement floors. One bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, which can be separated or pushed together to be used either for children or a couple. A balcony shared by both bedrooms offers views of the lush greenery and ocean.
