Laundry facilities available in clubhouse. Next door to public Beach and Lake front Park with public boat access/parking. Short walk to downtown Charlevoix. Many excursions available in Charlevoix, neighboring Petoskey and Boyne City including golf, ziplines, kayaking, putt putt golf, bike paths, etc. Fabulous Charlevoix restaurants, night life and shopping in downtown as well as wineries, breweries and distilleries in Boyne City and Petoskey and surrounding areas. Short walk to Lake Michigan with beautiful sunsets! No stairs or elevator needed to gain access to private first floor condo!

You can't beat the location of this property! It's close to everything, with a spectacular views of Lake Charlevoix. It is walking distance to downtown, Lake Michigan and to Ferry Beach.
What makes this property unique
Nice patio for evening dinners outside or just to sit, relax and enjoy the view. Fire pits and picnic areas with grills also available to enjoy those beautiful summer nights.
