Stunning View Boat House on Lake Charlevoix : Pool-Town
Ideally situated well-decorated condo with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom, loft, and 1-1/2 baths. Kid friendly! Enjoy lounging at NW marina club pool or sitting out on your private with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix and NW Marina. Walk next door to Charlevoix Yacht Club or Ferry Beach (water sports/beach sports). Outside your condo : 3 charcoal grills with covered patios and a fire pit with wood provided. Town is a lovely 15 minute stroll along Lake Charlevoix with live music, great food, and sunsets!
We like putting a lot of detail into our homes to make them comfortable and enjoyable for ourselves and our guests. This includes decor, books to read, and children's toys. A well-stocked kitchen with spices, extra bathroom products, pool towels, beach chairs, extra coolers, and more. My hope is this will decrease time spent packing and the need to run to stores during your stay.

We live in mid Michigan area with our ten year old and seven year old children. We spent years searching for our perfect vacation home in Northwestern Michigan area. Past experiences of boating on Lake Charlevoix and enjoying the town of Charlevoix drew us to this location. We purchased our condo 'Boat House' spring of 2013.
Why they chose this property
We were sold after stepping into the condo and seeing the breath taking views along with available boat slips out our front door, a heated pool, Ferry beach next door, short walking or boating distance to downtown. Also nicely located between Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne City, Bay Harbor.
We also love skiing and love that it is centrally located between Boyne highlands, Knobs knob, and Boyne mountain. All within a 40 minute drive.

Heated swimming pool, boat slips available for rent at Northwest Marina. Clubhouse with shower facilities and washer/dryers. Walking distance to town and only minutes to Petoskey, Harbor Springs or Boyne City. Over 15 championship golf courses within 25 miles of our condo.
