All good

My only complaint is that my son and his wife were not admitted to their room until I arrived and had to spend the first six hours of their NYC vacation in the lobby or in nearby bars, just because my plane landed later than theirs did. On a prepaid rental this is unacceptable and should be addressed with the hotel.
