Stay Away

I have rental experience in Florida for many years with VRBO, and found this rental to be an abomination! It would be difficult to determine which feature was the most offensive....The overall grunginess and long standing filth of the propertyBroken or non-functioning items: vertical blinds, ice maker, leaky refrigerator interior, dish washer leaks daily onto floor, Furnishings: The only seating in LR was a sectional couch so old and dilapidated that you sunk into it with no support. Carpeting in LR and BR was dirty and stained. No side tables, lamps, BR lamp missing light bulbs.Maintenance of Interior: AC vents dirty, ceiling fans visibly coated with dirt, walls/molding/doors with dirt marks, cobwebs, and peeling paint, Dryer vent filled with 2 inch of accumulated lint.Exterior/Pool area: The pool and heater alone was good, but all else in the area was appalling. Pool float, as featured in VRBO info, did not show the ring of mold on the bottom. Deck furniture cushions were dirty, worn and stained. Deck adjacent to pool had sagging and spongy areas that were a potential tripping hazard. Screening on Lanai was dirty, cobwebby and torn in areas. Missing/broken outdoor light.Inadequate supplies: Not enough plates, utensils, glasses,ice cube trays and accessory bowls, etc. There were NO dish towels, wash cloths, bath mats and hand towels. AND; all of this is secondary to the lack of response and or action from ownersBUYER BEWARE!!!!
