Cape Cutie - A Cute house in Southeast Cape Coral

As of 4/1/23 Cape Cutie has recovered from Hurricane IAN.

Located in the Southeast Cape Coral area, within walking distance of several restaurants and the downtown. Just a half mile from SE 47th Terrace and all that that has to offer, only 3 miles from the yacht club including the beach, boat launch, pool, boathouse bar, and more. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to everything.

This cute little place boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and an in ground fiberglass pool.

In ground fiberglass pool. It sustained minimal damage from Hurricane Ian with just a few rust spots where screws sat in the water and some scratches where the pool cage rubbed against it. Without a pool cage and heater it has still been usable during spring '23 reaching temps in the mid 80's.

Cape Cutie is perfect for one or two couples or for a small family to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer.
