The cameras record video and audio while guests are in the residence or when the video doorbell is pressed

We saw more wildlife here than at the Everglades. The amount of birds we saw from the pool was insane- anhinga on the boat dock, large egret hunting in the empty lot next door, great blue heron flew down the canal, limpkins, white ibis and a kingfisher… not to mention the burrowing owls in the front yard. Great stay and we plan to come for a longer time next year!

Relaxing Cape Coral Getaway

The house is well appointed and clean. The pool is especially nice. We had two small concerns that were quickly addressed by management.The nesting owls were a welcome surprise!

Nice house

The house was nice and clean. There is only seating for 4 in the living room. However there is a table toolbar seats 6 in the dining room and on the lanai. If you book through VRBO, you are not given the opportunity to pay for the heated pool and there were no instructions on how to request it. It does say in the listing that you have to request the heated pool prior to your stay. We would consider this property in the future. Great location.

A Thank You goes out to the owner who is maintaining a well kept home.

We were impressed with this home. We are snowbirds and have rented numerous winter getaways. We found the house to be clean and well maintained. Being a pet friendly rental we did see evidence of pets. The grill was very clean, which is something we don’t often see. There was even a spare tank of LP in the garage. The pool has a platform and has a couple chairs that are perfect for relaxing with a beverage. The pool gets lots of sun and is nice and warm. Shame on me if I didn't mention the cute burrowing owls in the front yard. If we stayed a 2 or three weeks longer we would have seen their babies.A Thank You goes out to the owner who is maintaining a well kept home.
