About this property

Charming Ranch style home, (3bedrooms, 1 bathroom, divided between 2 rooms- a room with a toilet and a room with a bathtub/shower, each with their own entrance) just a 5 min walk to World Famous Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar Hotel! 10 min bike ride to Coast Village Rd in Montecito w/Fine Restaurants & Shopping. Enjoy our outdoor areas, conversation fire-pit and beautiful oak trees. The driveway offers plenty of parking. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen with a nespresso machine, fresh linens and towels, luxurious Restoration Hardware Cloud Sofa, a large high end jacuzzi tub under the stars, a propane BBQ, and a spacious outdoor dining area. *Please note that there is a pet friendly guest house on the property that may have guests, but the main house guests have priority with the spacious yard and jacuzzi. There is also currenty roadwork being done (as of July 2023) on the overpass between the house and the Miramar/Beach, so you may need to detour around it if it isn’t done before your stay. This property, like the Miramar, is close to the freeway. If you would also like to reserve the guest house during your stay for maximum privacy and larger parties, please send us a message. The property was spacious, well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to all the adventures we had and felt very safe. It was a wonderful place to unwind after exploring all day.

Charm in Montecito

The host was exceptionally responsive and a pleasure to work with! VRBO's tech does some unusual mapping with the details about the property...not the host's fault...but do be aware that there is one bathroom with a toilet and sink, and another bathroom with a sink and a shower. Therefore, in total, you will have two private spaces for bathroom activities but only one shower and one toilet. For a family of (5) we made it work, but it did take a moment to get used to. As you will experience in most properties in the area, bungalows are full of charm. This home has an expansive backyard, nice-sized bedrooms, and open floor plan with dining/kitchen/family room. The TV and stereo systems work great. Location was incredibly convenient to all that Coast Village Rd offers in Montecito, as well as an easy hop on the highway to reach downtown Santa Barbara. The host seems very committed to doing whatever it takes to elevate this property with continued improvements. There was a small snafu before our arrival with the cleaning crew, but the host brought in a second crew to address the home while we were out for coffees and they did a beautiful job setting the home up properly.
