Orlando Tropical Villa is a tastefully decorated, elegant tropical easy living home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, Kissimmee. This outstanding vacation home is located within 3 miles of Disney Properties.

Our sensational 1800 square foot home has 2 Master Suites plus 2 additional bedrooms, making it an ideal setting for 2 families or an extended family vacation. One Master Suite has a King bed and a private bath with access to the pool area through beautiful French Doors.


The Second Master Suite has a Queen bed with its own private bath. The other two well sized bdrms each have twin beds and share a full bath.

The bright and airy gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal to serve in your formal dining room. The spacious and comfortable living room is equipped with a SMART TV so that you can relax & chill out after your day of touring or visiting the multitude of world renowned attractions and recreational venues located in the Orlando area.

From the living room you can access the covered Lanai through French doors and retreat to your idyllic oasis. Enjoy the private heated pool and spa (heating is an additional fee, see below), while sipping drinks and eating hot dogs and hamburgers prepared on your gas BBQ. (Free of charge) Lanai furniture includes a dining table with six chairs plus 3 chaise lounges to view magnificent Florida sunsets.

Tropical villa is the ideal vacation destination whether you wish to entertain and amuse your family members, or simply relax and bask in the Florida sunshine.

• Free high speed internet access
• All pool access doors have child safety alarms, and pool has child safety fencing.
• Separate laundry room with a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
• Indoor game room with regulation size slate pool table by Brunswick and a foosball table.
For additional safety, there are some cameras around our house but none of them are pointing to private areas such as pool or lanai to protect guests privacy.
Pool and Spa Heating is optional. Pool and Spa Heating is an additional fee of $25 per night plus taxes. Spa Heating only is $15 per night plus taxes. Pool Heating is recommended from October to April.

Very nice family vacation home

Everything as described. Very comfortable home. Pool and hot tub were as big a hit as Disney. Really nice owner to work with. Couldn’t ask for a nicer Disney family get together. We are the heroes of this vacation and our pool home was a big part of it.

This property is so close to all the Disney attractions. It was a great escape after a long day at the park. The furniture is super comfortable, and our hostess was responsive to our all our questions/needs what a great find.

Family Vacation

Beautiful spot for our vacation. It accommodated all our needs. Swimming for all, games room for the big “kids” and safety features for the little ones.Excellent location for Disney as well as other parks such as Peppa World and Gatorland. Loved our 3 weeks stay at this lovely Villa.

Great Disney Getaway

My wife and I were vising our daughter who is working at Disney. We had everything we needed at the house, and it was only about 10-15 minutes to the Disney World properties. We paid to heat the pool and hot tub, and both were very warm we spent every evening in the hot tub. Overall, it was a great trip.

A+ property!!

We stayed here in June with our adult kids for a Universal Studio weekend trip. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we could have wanted and more. The neighborhood was great! The only thing I would have done differently is pay for the hot tub to be heated.

Christmas Vacation Success

We came to Orlando for Christmas Vacation. The house and all that it offers helped to ensure our vacay was a success! The property owner was very helpful and prompt to respond. Upon arrival the house was very clean. All of the details are listed for you in a binder in the house. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Highly recommend!

Immaculately Clean and Well Equipped

We had 2 families (4 adults & 4 kids) here for 6 nights. Plenty of room for us all. The kitchen had plenty of pans, silverware, utensils, etc. Sylvie is wonderful at responding to emails. Plenty of towels for the pool. The home was very clean. The pool and hot tub was also very clean and not over chlorinated. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated, which was absolutely amazing! I would recommend this place for anyone and definitely would love to stay in this Villa again.

Refreshing and recharging weekend!

We were a group of friends from Jacksonville and Deerfield Beach. Reason we got together this weekend: A nice of mine from Brazil came to visit Disney parks for the 1st time, and my friend came to pick his 6 yo daughter arruving from a trip to Brazil We all had a great time visiting the parks, but for the most of the time we stayed home, enjoyed the nice pool and spa, cooked and BBQ and relaxed around the table outdoor! The house is so nice, clean, well suplied of everything we could wish for a great stay! Sylvie is a great host, she took care of every detail to make her guests feel at home! Beautiful home, clean, great location

Well, we came during the beginning of coronavirus....so our stay was shortened by a family decision to go home early. However, we felt so "at-home" the minute we stepped thru the door. The home was very clean, and decorated so lovely. Lots of dishes/silverware - everything you need. There's a Keurig, so that's wonderful. The pool was nice, and had a safety gate, so safe with kids. I needed help to get it latched-but that means it's nearly impossible for a kid to get it open. Sylvie was just wonderful to work with and communicated with me quickly on every single message. The Wii was wonderful for my son with special needs. The washer/dryer was an added bonus so we could go home with clean clothes. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely go back again! Thanks Sylvie for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing!

This place was amazing, anything and everything there. Comfortable beds room for all. We had teens and adult children with us and everyone loved it. Beautiful area, quiet and comfortable. House is out of the way of tourist feel, but close to the parks. Relaxing and perfect. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach, parks or an early morning dip. Bonus for the kids of all ages. Loved the spa heated in the evenings with a glass of wine to end the day. Great communication quick reply when had a question. Definitely will come back. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of dishes and cookware.

Perfect for our Disney trip

Sylvie was a great host and the cost was very reasonable. She was flexible and accommodating. Expectations were clearly communicated. The house was more comfortable than even the pictures reflect. Our family spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub when we weren’t at the theme parks. It was handy having plenty of beach towels provided. We even saw a small alligator in the back pond and enjoyed an occasional lizard. The house is very conveniently located to the parks which made for little travel time. I would definitely utilize Sylvie’s house again.

The best way to do Disney with kids

Absolutely met the mark in every way. We had 2 master suites for parents and 2 kids rooms to sleep 4. Everything was well labeled, well thought out ahead of time and clean and ready to make us feel right at home. We spent our "between park" days enjoying the pool, grilling as well as plenty of entertainment inside when the thunderstorms rolled through. Highly recommend!!!
